Welcome toCircle Academy!
The Circular City Centre - C3 is an initiative of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Commission under the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI) . C3 supports EU cities and regions in their circular transition through awareness raising, knowledge sharing and two free-of-charge advisory programmes. C3 is delivered with external support from Circle Economy, Arup, ICLEI and Ecorys.

Cities play an important role in the circular transition as cradles and catalysts for circular action and change.
C3 supports cities and regions in their circular economy transition by helping them advance in their circular planning and by identifying and preparing sound circular projects for financing and implementation. This helps cities in addressing common challenges and make cities more resilient, regenerative, efficient, clean and liveable.
The C3 e-learning tools provides users with knowledge and resources to understand, implement and advocate for circular economy principles and practices in their urban environments. The tools, which feature plenty of examples, build on C3 guidance documents that can be found on the C3 webpage. The e-learning tools published to date are presented below.
